These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of WAAL.pro (the “Platform”), including all related websites, applications, features, public rooms, private rooms, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
WAAL.pro is operated by WAAL d.o.o., a company organized and existing under the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with its registered seat in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4.1 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an Account.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your Account.
4.3 You may not share your Account or allow others to access it without permission.
4.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Accounts that contain false, misleading, or incomplete information.
WAAL.pro is a professional networking and business-oriented platform designed for serious users seeking meaningful connections and growth opportunities.
We do not guarantee:
All interactions are solely between Users.
6.1 Public Rooms
Public Rooms are accessible to all logged-in
Users.
6.2 Private Rooms
Private Rooms are created and controlled by
individual Users. The
creator determines who may join.
6.3 Responsibility
The Company is not
responsible for interactions,
decisions, or disputes occurring within Public or Private Rooms.
6.4 Room Control
Private Room creators are solely responsible for
whom they invite or
remove.
7.1 Subscription Model
WAAL.pro offers one (1) annual
Paid Membership
plan, billed in advance.
7.2 Automatic Renewal
Paid Memberships automatically renew
annually unless canceled
before the renewal date.
7.3 Payments
Payments are processed through third-party payment
providers. We do not
store payment card details.
7.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your Paid Membership at any time.
Access will remain
active until the end of the paid term.
7.5 Refunds
All payments are non-refundable,
except where
refunds are required by applicable law.
7.6 Taxes
Taxes Included.
All prices displayed on WAAL.pro are
final and inclusive of
applicable taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Users will not be charged additional taxes at
checkout, except where required by applicable law.
7.7 Payment Authorization and Accuracy
You represent and warrant
that you are authorized
to use the payment method provided for your Paid Membership and that all payment information submitted is
current, complete, and accurate.
By submitting payment details, you authorize the Company and its payment
service providers to charge the applicable fees using the selected payment method.
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is disputed, the Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services until payment is successfully processed.
We may, at our discretion, grant Free Access to certain Users. Free Access:
9.1 Digital Delivery
Since WAAL.pro offers digital services
and memberships, delivery is immediate upon successful payment and account activation. You will receive a
confirmation email with access details.
9.2 Complaints and Defects
In case of technical
difficulties accessing the service, please contact support at connect@waal.pro within 4 days. If the service
is technically defective and cannot be provided, we will offer a resolution or refund within 7 days.
9.3 Refunds
As stated in Section 7.5, payments are
generally non-refundable due to the immediate nature of digital access. However, in cases of duplicate
charges or technical failures attributable to our platform that prevent access, full refunds will be issued.
9.1 Ownership
You retain ownership of the Content you submit.
9.2 License to WAAL.pro
By submitting Content, you grant the
Company a
non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute such
Content solely for the operation and improvement of the Platform.
9.3 Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your Content
and confirm that you have
all rights necessary to share it.
9.4 Removal
We reserve the right to remove any Content that
violates these Terms or
applicable law.
You agree not to:

12.1 WAAL.pro does not provide real-time moderation.
12.2 Users may report Content or behavior using the Report Feature.
12.3 Reports are reviewed at the Company’s discretion.
12.4 We do not guarantee any specific response time or outcome.
13.1 We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements.
